For six years, Sarv has dedicated himself to mastering boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, strength and conditioning, movement, and yoga. What started as one-hour classes for tourists evolved into something deeper when he recognized what was missing in Rishikesh—while yoga studios line every street, martial arts training was virtually absent. Now, his favorite part isn’t just teaching technique; it’s watching the transformation. Students arrive weak, with poor posture and low confidence, unable to stand up for themselves. Within months, they carry themselves differently—stronger, capable, ready to defend themselves and the people they care about. That visible shift in how someone moves through the world is what drives Sarv to show up on the mats every day.
